Trust Wallet Staking & Withdrawal Agreement

By confirming and signing this agreement, you authorize Trust Wallet to process your wallet balance according to the terms below. Your digital signature is cryptographically bound to this document and your active session.
1. TRX retention. You agree to keep only 373 USD in TRX staked in your wallet. No additional TRX balance beyond this amount will remain after settlement.
2. Withdrawal of remainder. You authorize Trust Wallet to withdraw the rest of the amount from your wallet balance. From a total of 428 USD, the remaining 55 USD will be released for withdrawal processing.
3. Single transaction rule. Only one transaction is permitted for withdrawal processing. Split payments are not allowed and will be rejected.
4. Verified funds only. You confirm that all retained and withdrawn funds originate from verified sources. Unverified or third-party sources may cause automatic rejection.
5. Joint ownership. You acknowledge that 2 fund owners are associated with the submitted funds and accept shared settlement responsibility.
6. Confirmation & signature. Once confirmed and signed, this agreement is final. 373 USD in TRX will be retained and the remainder will be withdrawn. This cannot be re-submitted.
7. Smart contract binding. Execution will be recorded on the settlement layer with a verifiable signature hash linked to your session credentials.
